A través de sus redes sociales, comenta lo siguiente: "Hacer sentadillas de manera incorrecta puede forzar tus articulaciones y causar lesiones en las rodillas o en la parte baja de la espalda. Además, puedes no estar usando los músculos que deseas trabajar. No tienes que ser un atleta profesional para hacer sentadillas buenas y seguras."

"1. Tienes los talones levantados
<br />
Hacer sentadillas en puntas puede estresar los tobillos y aumentar el riesgo de sufrir una lesión de rodilla. Además, deja a los glúteos fuera del entrenamiento. Esto se debe a que todo tu peso está descansando sobre las rodillas y los cuádriceps, y tus glúteos no trabajan.

2. Te estás adelantando con las rodillas
<br />
Probablemente has oído que las rodillas no deben ir más allá de los dedos de los pies cuando haces sentadillas. Eso suele ser cierto, aunque no siempre. En una sentadilla profunda, las rodillas tendrán que pasar los dedos de los pies. Pero cuando estás en un ángulo de 90 grados o más, debes poder ver los dedos de los pies.

3. Las rodillas no tienen estabilidad
<br />
Cuando se te empiezan a cerrar las rodillas o a alejar una de la otra, se trata de una tensión extra en las articulaciones de tobillo, rodilla y cadera.

4. Estas ignorando el núcleo del cuerpo
<br />
Puede que el torso no sea el protagonista durante una sentadilla, pero si la parte superior de tu cuerpo no está en forma puede ser un problema. Si tu espalda está encorvada, la espalda baja corre riesgo de lesionarse.

5. Necesitas un desafío mayor
<br />
Una vez que hayas dominado esta forma, la misma vieja rutina puede llegar a ser aburrida. Si ha estado repitiendo la serie de sentadillas por un tiempo, podría ser momento de subir la apuesta."

"Es recomendable comenzar con los ejercicios que se alineen con tus objetivos, ya que en ese momento tienes más energía y puedes rendir mejor. Este principio se llama “Principio de Prioridad” y puede ayudarte a fortalecer grupos musculares atrasados. Por ejemplo, si deseas trabajar tus glúteos, realizar ejercicios que los involucren al inicio de tu sesión puede ser beneficioso, ya que tendrás más energía y rendirás más que si los dejaras para el final, cuando ya hay fatiga acumulada".

"Sin embargo, la clave es variar tu rutina para evitar la adaptación muscular y mantener la progresión en el peso y la intensidad de los ejercicios. Recuerda consultar con un profesional de fitness o entrenador personal para obtener orientación específica para tus objetivos".
